Meet our Team

Malcolm Bourne,
Founder & Coach

Malcolm has worked in the property sector for over 20 years, overseeing many community focused projects and organisational restructuring. Malcolm’s work has also included pioneering several business start-ups and social enterprises. Several of these projects have had a focus on job creation for long-term unemployed, and coaching ex-offenders and those with life controlling habits.

Malcolm competed at an elite level in various sports which led him to study performance psychology, something that he often draws on with his clients. At El Partnership, Malcolm brings a whole life perspective with a focus on the development of good habits and consistency, the fostering of creativity and a culture of practice.
